Event Registration
Determine if registration is required
Use the event registration form if your event meets any of the following:
a) Off-campus
b) Hosting external guests
c) Expected attendance ≥ 50
d) Budget > $600 total OR > $20 per person
If none apply, proceed with a PO request, room reservation in JMEC, and posting to the event calendar.

Download the checklist (linked below), assign a designated lead, and obtain advisor approval.Submit checklist
Upload your completed checklist here.After approval
Begin marketing at least 2 weeks before the event
List the event on the MSG calendar
Send a reminder 1 week before
Collect RSVPs if appropriate
